The primary role of the Mordechai Project is to bring reform to the judicial system and to expose abuse and judicial injustice in the Luzerne County Court system and Domestic Relations Service [DRS] in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. This site was prompted by the local paper refusing to publish a $5k ad for which the state oversight committies (x3) found that no wrong had been committed based on the Affidavit's information.

The Mordechai Project is named after Mordechai in the book of Esther, in the Bible. He was an honorable man, respecting the legal system of his homeland and honoring the King. He refused to kneel to Haman, one of the King’s ministers. Haman had prepared a gallows for hanging Mordechai, but because Mordechai was faithful to his God and King and used the legal system of his day to bring about justice, Haman was hanged instead on the gallows he unjustly prepared for Mordechai and his people. While the "system" (in the story of Esther is represented by the King) was honorable, its most prominent member (Haman) was corrupt and abusing the system.

The Mordechai Project will shine the light on the Luzerne County Court System and the Domestic Relations Service (DRS) and expose the lies, intimidation, and Gestapo tactics employed by YOUR public officials against the citizenry of Luzerne County. The courts are completely out of control - a monolithic structure that answers to no one, and the"Officers of the Court" have become a law unto themselves and above the very law they espouse.

It is our sincere hope that by sharing the truth and thereby shedding light on things currently being kept in the dark, that some justice will prevail and the truth will be allowed to shine forth. And perhaps, God willing, some of us can get justice and/or our families back.
